The Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel has said that he is just enjoying the victory he has recently had in the Indian Grand Prix. The 25-year-old Sebastian Vettel came into the race this weekend with a six-point advantage over his main title rival Fernando Alonso of Ferrari. He managed to extend the lead in the title race following the victory. There are only three races remaining in the F1 calendar and Sebastian Vettel is now the favourite to lift the title for the second consecutive season. He has already won the F1 world championship two times in his young career. Fernando Alonso could manage only a second place finish in the race.
Sebastian Vettel has won the two races held at the Indian Grand Prix. Speaking after the race, he has said that he owes a lot to the team, as they have helped him set up the car at the best possible manner. He has also credited the way they have worked extremely hard during the last one week in order to achieve this victory. Sebastian Vettel won the race after starting from pole position. He clearly has the fastest car on the grid and took full advantage of one of the fastest circuits in the F1 calendar.
“Big thanks to the team, everyone – I said it on the radio – every single one is pushing very hard. There’s not one thing that stands out and makes a difference. Not today, not yesterday but this weekend; I think it’s all of us working hand in hand together, if we’re here at the track or back in Milton Keynes everyone is pushing hard and I think that’s what makes the difference. I’m very happy and glad to be part of that and just enjoying the moment,” said Sebastian Vettel.
